External walls were gently cleaned, repaired, and repainted. Internal furniture including the lectern, alter rails, table, pews were taken to our warehouse for restoration using traditional joinery techniques.  Pews were resized, rubbed back and finished with beeswax. The floor was lifted and repaired with matching timbers. Electrical, lighting and heating systems were replaced. A projector screen with winch was fitted. The kitchen and WCs were refurbished with bespoke furniture.

Internally both walls and ceilings were repaired by our masons, lime-plastered and painted in clay-based restoration paints. Mouldings around the windows were repaired, eroded window bars replaced with steel, and panels re-glazed with new quarry glass.  A central octagonal pendant light, carved by our joiners and decoratively gilded now adorns this beautifully restored church.
