Ellis and Co shortlisted for RICS 2018 Award in...

Ellis and Co are excited to have been shortlisted for the 2018 RICS awards for Building Conservation.  We are joining a fabulouse list of shortlisted projects in the 2018 RICS awards for Building Conservation in the Wales region. The £1m repair of slate roofs, chimneys and windows at the National Trust’s 17th-century Tredegar House, in Newport where decorative rooms and collections were in peril from an extremely leaky roof. A temporary roof was erected over the whole building, while the timber roof structure was repaired and slated with 10,000 Delabole tiles some 35 tonnes of Welsh slate.
