Accessibility Statement

DB Solutions is committed to ensuring that this website is accessible to everyone. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding the accessibility of this site, please email us, as we are continually striving to improve the experience for all visitors.

Navigation aids

  • All pages on this site include a consistent set of global navigation links.
  • Most browsers support jumping to specific links by typing keys defined on the web site. On Windows, you can press ALT + an access key; on Macintosh, you can press Control + an access key. The access keys are defined below
    • Access key 0 - This page (accessibility statement)
    • Access key 1 - The home page
    • Access key 2 - The site map
    • Access key 3 - Jump to navigation
    • Access key 4 - Jump to the top of main content on a page

It should be noted however that accesskeys can conflict with keyboard shortcuts defined by the browser or operating system, if you notice any unusual behaviour due to using the access keys, this will likely to be the cause. Accesskeys are essentially an aid to browsing, and the site is still usable without them.

Standards compliance

This site is built on valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional for structure and CSS for presentation.

A modern web browser like Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer is needed to make the most out of this site, but thanks to the separation of content and presentation it should be accessible to any browsing device.

Links

Many links have title attributes which describe the link in greater detail, unless the text of the link already fully describes the target.

Whenever possible, links are written to make sense out of context.

There are no javascript: pseudo-links. All links can be followed in any browser, even if scripting is turned off and there are no links that open new windows without warning.
